Who we are

This site is operated by ProtectionPro Partners LLC. We place life insurance, disability insurance, long-term care insurance, and annuities. We do not manufacture those contracts. Reach us at hello@protectionpropartners.com or (203) 604-2500.

What you can give us

If you call, email, or meet with us, we receive whatever you choose to say: your name, how to reach you, and facts about your household, your business, or the coverage you already own.

The consultation form on this site asks for your name, email, phone number, age, a coverage amount, which part of the Risk Protection Package you want to discuss, and an optional note. That form keeps the entry in your browser so the page can confirm what you typed. It does not send the entry to our office. Call or email if you want a person to see it.

The package review runs in your browser. We do not receive the numbers unless you send them to us.

Quote forms

Every page loads a script from Quoteplicity ( script.quoteplicity.com) so a quote form can be placed from our Quoteplicity account. If you complete one of those forms, you are giving that information to Quoteplicity and to us. What you type there can include contact details and facts a carrier needs for a quote. Quoteplicity’s own policy is at quoteplicity.com/privacy.

How we use it

When we actually receive information, we use it to answer you, prepare a file, obtain quotes, and — if you ask us to — submit an application. We also use it to keep a file current and to meet the record rules that apply to an insurance agency.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for cross-context advertising.

Who else sees it

We share information only as far as the work requires:

• An insurer, and the people who underwrite or administer the contract, when you ask us to quote or apply.
• Quoteplicity, when you use a quote form it hosts.
• A person who helps us run the office — for example the system that holds a client file — and only for that purpose.
• Your attorney, accountant, or another advisor, if you ask us to include them.
• A regulator, a court, or someone else the law requires.

Health information you provide so a carrier can consider life, disability, or long-term care coverage is used for that purpose. This page is not a notice under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser may store the consultation note locally, as described above. The Quoteplicity script may set its own cookies when a form is present. We do not require an account to read the site.

How long we keep it

Information we receive stays for as long as we need it to respond, to place or service coverage, and to meet licensing and record rules. After that we delete it or strip it of identifiers. The consultation note stored in your browser stays until you clear site data for this site.

Your choices

Email us to ask what we have, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. We will do that unless a policy file or a regulator requires us to keep it. You can also stop an email conversation by saying so. We will still answer about a contract that is in force.

Children

This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. The consultation form does not accept an age under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page will change. The current version is the one on this page.
